Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called LB1410 in people with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The drug is a bispecific antibody designed to target two immune checkpoints (PD-1 and TIM-3) to help the immune system fight cancer. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 100 adults will take part.
