New schizophrenia drug enters final testing phase

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called LB 102 to see if it helps reduce symptoms of schizophrenia, such as hallucinations and confused thinking. About 456 adults with acute schizophrenia will receive either LB 102 or a placebo for 6 weeks. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment option for people living with this condition.
