Summary
This study looks at whether breathing in lavender oil can help people with high blood pressure feel less anxious, sleep better, and lower their blood pressure. About 50 adults will either inhale lavender oil three times a week for a month or continue their usual care. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, sleep quality, and blood pressure over four weeks.
