Laughter yoga shows promise for easing PMS in young women

Summary
This study tested whether laughter yoga, a practice combining intentional laughter and breathing exercises, can reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and improve quality of life in young women. Sixty-nine women aged 18-25 with PMS took part in eight laughter yoga sessions over four weeks. The results aim to show if this fun, drug-free activity can be a helpful way to manage PMS.
