Summary
This study tested whether laughter yoga—a mix of breathing, relaxation, and intentional laughter—can reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and improve quality of life in young women. Sixty-nine women aged 18-25 with PMS took part in eight laughter yoga sessions over four weeks. The goal was to see if this fun, drug-free approach could help ease physical and emotional symptoms.
