Summary

This study looks at whether laughter yoga can lower stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue in nurse managers, while also improving their decision-making, problem-solving, and work performance. About 80 nurse managers will either join weekly laughter yoga sessions or continue as usual, and fill out surveys before and after. The goal is to see if a simple, fun activity can make a real difference in their work life and well-being.
