Summary
This study is testing whether laughter yoga can help reduce common menopause symptoms like hot flashes, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being. Researchers will compare 80 menopausal women, with half participating in eight group laughter yoga sessions over four weeks and the other half receiving no intervention. The goal is to see if this fun, non-drug approach can be a useful supportive tool during menopause.
