Summary
This study is testing whether laughter yoga can help women manage common menopause symptoms. Researchers will enroll 80 women and split them into two groups. One group will attend eight laughter yoga sessions over four weeks, while the other group will not. The goal is to see if the yoga sessions improve symptoms, sleep quality, and overall quality of life.
