Laughter yoga: a fun way to ease menopause?

Summary
This study looks at whether laughter yoga can help menopausal women feel better. It will involve 80 women who are in menopause. Half will do 8 sessions of laughter yoga, and the other half will not. Researchers will check if laughter yoga improves menopause symptoms, sleep, and quality of life.
