Summary

This study tested whether laughter yoga can help manage menopause symptoms and improve quality of life. Researchers divided 120 postmenopausal women into two groups, with one group doing laughter yoga sessions. The goal was to see if this fun, low-cost activity could reduce common complaints like hot flashes, mood changes, and sleep issues.
