Summary

This study looks at whether laughter yoga can lower exam anxiety and improve feelings of spirituality in nursing students. About 36 students will take part in 8 laughter yoga sessions over 4 weeks, while another group does nothing. Researchers will compare anxiety and spirituality scores before and after the program to see if it helps.
