Summary

This study looks at whether laughter yoga can lower exam anxiety and improve spirituality in nursing students. About 36 students will do laughter yoga twice a week for 4 weeks, while another group does nothing. Researchers will compare anxiety and spirituality scores before and after to see if the laughter sessions help.
