First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether opening a blocked artery more than 12 hours after a heart attack helps patients. It involves 150 adults who are stable and had a heart attack 12 to 36 hours earlier. Researchers will use MRI scans to measure how much heart muscle is saved and how well the heart pumps.
