Summary
This study will compare two treatments for neuropathic ulcers (sores caused by nerve damage) in 70 adults aged 40 to 60. One group will receive pulsed high-intensity laser therapy, and the other will receive negative pressure wound therapy (a vacuum device). The goal is to see which method reduces wound size and improves quality of life more effectively.
