Summary

This study compares two treatments for neuropathic ulcers (wounds caused by nerve damage) in 70 adults aged 40 to 60. One group gets pulsed high-intensity laser therapy, the other gets negative pressure (vacuum) therapy. The goal is to see which method reduces wound size and improves quality of life more effectively.
