Summary
This study tests two treatments—low-level laser therapy and muscle energy techniques—to see which better reduces pain and improves movement in diabetic patients with frozen shoulder. About 36 adults aged 18 to 65 with type 2 diabetes and shoulder stiffness for at least 3 months will take part. Results will help doctors choose the best rehab approach for these patients.
