Laser showdown: which dose beats tennis elbow pain?

Summary
This study tests whether a high or low dose of high-intensity laser therapy works better for people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). About 45 adults with elbow pain for less than 3 months will receive one of two laser doses. The goal is to see which dose reduces pain and improves grip strength and quality of life more effectively.
