Summary

This study tests whether a higher or lower dose of high-intensity laser therapy works better for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). It involves 45 adults who have had the condition for less than three months. Participants will receive one of two laser doses, and researchers will measure pain, grip strength, and quality of life to find the most effective treatment.
