Summary
This study tested whether a 635-nm low-level laser can reduce pain from orthodontic separators. Eighty healthy patients received laser on one side of the mouth and no treatment on the other. They rated spontaneous and chewing pain for 7 days. The goal is to see if this simple laser application can ease discomfort during braces treatment.
