First seen Jun 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looked at whether shining a special low-level laser on the gums after getting a dental implant can reduce swelling, pain, and help the implant stay stable. Fifty adults who needed implants took part. The laser was used right after surgery, and the team checked healing, pain levels, and implant stability over time.
