Laser light shows promise for soothing stubborn neck headaches

Summary
This study tests if shining specific laser light wavelengths on the neck can ease cervicogenic headache, a headache that starts from neck problems. About 150 adults aged 18-65 with this headache for at least 3 months will receive one of three laser treatments plus standard physical therapy. Researchers will measure pain, headache frequency, neck movement, and quality of life over 6 weeks, with follow-ups at 3 and 6 months, to find the best laser option.
