Laser and exercise combo may help women with bladder leakage
NCT ID NCT07319247
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding high-frequency laser therapy to pelvic floor muscle training can improve bladder control, sexual function, and quality of life in women with stress urinary incontinence (leakage during coughing, sneezing, or exercise). About 36 women will be split into three groups: pelvic floor training alone, training plus real laser, or training plus a fake laser. The goal is to see if the laser provides extra benefit beyond exercise alone.
