Summary
This study tests a laser procedure that targets nerves in the nose to reduce symptoms of chronic rhinitis, like runny nose, sneezing, and stuffiness. About 120 adults who haven't gotten relief from standard medications will receive either the laser treatment or a sham procedure. Researchers will track symptom changes and any side effects over three months.
