Laser zaps nose nerves to stop runny nose

Summary
This study tests a laser procedure to treat chronic rhinitis (long-term runny nose, sneezing, stuffiness) in adults. About 120 people will get either the real laser treatment or a sham procedure to see if it safely improves symptoms. Participants will have symptom checks before and up to 3 months after the in-office procedure.
