First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study compares two types of exercise programs for people recovering from lumbar microdiscectomy surgery. 42 adults aged 18-65 will be split into two groups: one doing standard stabilization exercises, and the other doing the same exercises but with a laser pointer to guide their movements. The goal is to see if the laser-guided group has less pain, better balance, and improved function after 8 weeks of training.
