Zap your zingers: laser tested for tooth pain relief
NCT ID NCT06967818
Summary
This study tested if using a special laser along with a numbing gel works better than the gel alone to treat sensitive teeth. Twenty-three adults with sensitive teeth received either the gel with a real laser or the gel with a fake laser. Researchers checked their pain levels right after treatment and again over six months to see which option gave better and longer-lasting relief.
