Zap your zingers? laser tested to soothe sensitive teeth
NCT ID NCT06967818
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special laser treatment to a standard numbing gel works better to reduce tooth sensitivity. 23 adults with sensitive teeth received the gel, and half also got the active laser while the other half got a pretend laser. Researchers measured pain from air blasts and asked about daily life impact right after treatment and for six months to see which worked better and for how long.
