Summary
This study tested a laser procedure to correct nearsightedness (myopia) in 357 adults aged 22 and older. The goal was to safely reduce or eliminate the need for glasses or contacts. The procedure uses a femtosecond laser to reshape the cornea, and the study measured how well patients could see without correction and how stable the results were over time.
