NCT ID NCT03760432

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a laser procedure called custom corneal cross-linking (CXL) for people with keratoconus, a condition that thins and bulges the cornea, causing blurry vision. The treatment uses a laser guided by OCT imaging to smooth the cornea and strengthen it. Researchers will measure how much vision improves 6 months after the procedure in 100 participants.
