Summary

This study tests whether alexandrite laser works as well as Nd:YAG laser for treating hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a chronic skin condition causing painful lumps. About 21 people with HS will have each side of their body treated with a different laser to compare results. The goal is to see which laser better reduces symptoms and improves quality of life.
