Summary
This study tests a new T-shaped ultrasound probe with laser guidance to help doctors insert a central line into the internal jugular vein in the neck. The goal is to see if this new tool improves the success rate on the first try compared to the standard ultrasound method. About 352 adults having surgery will take part, and the results will show if the new approach is safer and more efficient.
