Summary
This study is testing whether laser acupuncture, a painless light therapy, can help children with fluid buildup behind the eardrum (otitis media with effusion). Researchers will compare the real laser treatment to a fake (sham) version, given alongside standard decongestant medicine, to see if it improves ear function and prevents the problem from coming back. The goal is to find a safe, non-invasive option for this common childhood condition.
