Summary
This study is testing whether draining large ovarian cysts caused by endometriosis, combined with hormone therapy, can reduce cyst recurrence and protect ovarian function. Researchers will follow 62 women of childbearing age with cysts measuring 6 cm or larger. The goal is to find a better treatment option that preserves fertility while managing this painful condition.
