Summary

This study looks at whether keyhole surgery (laparoscopic) or traditional open surgery leads to better long-term outcomes for colon cancer patients who have extra belly fat. About 664 adults aged 18 to 75 with a specific type of colon cancer will take part. The main goal is to see which surgery helps people stay cancer-free longer.
