Summary
This study compares keyhole (laparoscopic) hysterectomy to open abdominal hysterectomy in women with non-cancerous gynecologic conditions, specifically in hospitals with limited resources. The main goal is to see which approach leads to a shorter hospital stay. The study will enroll 32 women aged 35-65 who need a hysterectomy for benign reasons.
