Summary
This study tests whether 12 weeks of small-group reading and writing workshops can improve cognitive health in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Participants will be randomly assigned to an active language-prediction group, a passive reading group, or a board-game group. Researchers will measure changes in brain activity, memory, and thinking skills using tests, EEG, and brain scans.
