NCT ID NCT06645145

First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looked at whether showing written words helps children ages 3 to 6 learn new verbs. Researchers had 170 typically developing kids watch videos of actions while hearing new words, then tested how well they learned them. They also measured each child's literacy skills to see if that affected how much the written words helped.
