First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding lamivudine (an HIV drug) to standard immunotherapy can help control advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to treatment. About 12 to 24 adults with various solid cancers will receive the combination. The goal is to check safety and see if tumors shrink or stop growing.
