Summary
This study tested a special warm-up program designed to reduce injuries and improve performance in Ladies Gaelic Football. 197 adult and minor players from different teams either used the program during their regular training for 12 weeks or continued as usual. Researchers measured changes in balance, sprint speed, agility, jumping, and hamstring strength, and tracked how many injuries occurred.
