New drug combo targets tough lung cancer gene

Summary
This study tests two oral drugs, ladarixin and sotorasib, in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific KRAS G12C mutation. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer longer. About 40 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
