Can a simple tweak speed up labor?

NCT ID NCT03588585

Summary

This study aimed to see if applying gentle tension to a small balloon catheter placed in the cervix helps labor start faster compared to not using tension. It involved 86 first-time mothers scheduled for labor induction. The goal was to find a better way to prepare the cervix for delivery and potentially reduce the overall time of labor.
