Summary
This study tests two common labor-inducing drugs, misoprostol and pitocin, in 300 pregnant people with a BMI of 30 or higher. The goal is to see which drug, when used with a foley catheter, leads to a faster delivery. Results will help doctors choose the best option for this group.
