New inhaled drug could help lung disease patients breathe easier and walk farther

Summary
This study tests an inhaled medicine called L606 for people with high blood pressure in the lungs due to lung scarring (PH-ILD). About 344 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either L606 or a placebo. The main goal is to see if L606 helps them walk farther in six minutes, and doctors will also monitor for side effects and disease worsening.
