New inhaler aims to help lung disease patients breathe and walk easier

Summary
This study tests an inhaled medicine called L606 for people with high blood pressure in the lungs due to interstitial lung disease. About 344 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either L606 or a placebo. The main goal is to see if L606 helps them walk farther in six minutes and slows down worsening of their condition.
