Green tea extract tested to soothe cancer Survivors' anxiety

Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether L-theanine, a natural compound found in green tea, can help cancer survivors feel more relaxed and improve their mood. The study will enroll 50 adults who have finished cancer treatment and are now in follow-up care. Participants will take L-theanine pills once or twice daily for 6 weeks to see which dose works better for reducing stress and anxiety.
