Summary
This study tests whether L-citrulline, a natural supplement, works as well as the drug tadalafil for mild to moderate erectile dysfunction. It also tests if taking both together is better than either alone. 133 men will take one of three treatments for 12 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in erectile function scores.
