Summary
This study tested whether L-carnitine, a natural supplement, can reduce fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. 59 adults with MS and significant fatigue took either L-carnitine or a placebo in a crossover design. The main goal was to see if L-carnitine improved fatigue scores on a standard questionnaire.
