New pill targets 'Undruggable' cancer mutation in first human test
NCT ID NCT07207707
Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and early effectiveness of an experimental oral drug called KQB548. It is for adults with advanced pancreatic, colorectal, or lung cancers that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D and have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check if it can shrink tumors.
