First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug, KQB198, to the standard cancer drug imatinib is safe and works better for people with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). About 46 adults with a specific gene mutation (KIT or PDGFRA) will receive the combination as their first treatment for advanced disease. The main goal is to see if tumors shrink or disappear.
