Summary
This study looks at whether giving monthly money for healthy home-delivered food can lower blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. About 1,000 Kaiser Permanente members with Medi-Cal insurance and high blood sugar are taking part. The goal is to see if better access to healthy food helps manage diabetes and reduces hospital visits.
