Can a special diet and step counting slow early myeloma?

NCT ID NCT07305662

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This pilot study looks at whether a 12-week Korean-style Mediterranean diet, plus daily step tracking with a wearable device, is doable and helpful for people with MGUS or smoldering myeloma. Researchers will check changes in diet adherence, body weight, inflammation, and blood markers. The goal is to see if this lifestyle approach might support disease control in these early plasma cell disorders.
